Lab Grown Diamonds Are Quality
A lab grown diamond differs from a mined diamond only in its place of origin. Through amazing technology, diamonds can now be created inside a lab that have the same physical and aesthetic features as those grown beneath the earth. These diamonds are much more affordable and can be purchased for much lower prices than the traditional mined stones.Lab grown diamonds are not cubic zirconias or replicas of precious stones, but rather they are identical in every way to mined stones. In fact, the same gem labs that are used to certify mined diamonds grade lab grown diamonds. This includes the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the American Gem Society (AGS), and the Gemological Science Insititute (GSI). The same categories used to grade traditional diamonds (4 c's of cut, clarity, color, and carat) are used to grade those created in the laboratory.
